The Core Tool

Stack Builder

The interactive tool for mapping your digital environment against the 1:3:5 Conscious Stack framework. Discover your Cognitive Density score and get a visual map of your stack.

How it works

Map your environment against the 1:3:5 rule.

The Stack Builder asks you to identify your tools across three tiers — one Anchor, up to three Active tools, up to five Support tools. It then scores your Cognitive Density and shows you where the gaps are.

The goal is not minimalism for its own sake — it's coherence. Every tool earns its place by earning its cognitive cost.

1

Anchor Tool

Your single source of truth for primary output

3

Active Tools (daily)

High-frequency utilities for regular execution

5

Support Tools (specialized)

Niche-use tools, strictly gated

Design Rule: Your Anchor Tool should be your "Single Source of Truth" for primary output. Don't split truth across multiple apps.

Thinking Model

Hexagonal Thinking

We live in a world that tries to put us in boxes — rigid software silos, job titles, four-walled confines. But your brain doesn't think in lists or boxes; it thinks in networks.

Conscious Stack adopts the Hexagon. By shifting the shape of your stack from isolated squares to connected webs, you align your tools with the organic, multi-dimensional nature of human thought.

The Three Elements
Nodes

Everything is a node — a tool, a person, a ritual. Nodes have weight (cognitive cost).

Edges

The connections between nodes. Is it manual (copy-paste) or automated (API)? High friction edges bleed energy.

Clusters

Groups of tightly coupled nodes. Minimize edges between clusters to reduce cognitive load.
